Club Officials, Staff and the Professional are authorised to ensure that all visitors using the Club observe the same dress code which applies to all Members, both on the Course and in the Clubhouse.All shirts must have a collar and must not be worn outside trousers or shorts. Ladies golf shirts designed/tailored to wear outside trousers/shorts/skirts etc. may be worn.Shorts must be tailored, of reasonable length and worn by gentlemen with long socks or plain white, above the ankle. Trainers, denim jeans, jogging suits, T-shirts, sweatshirts and shirts with slogans are not allowed. Smart casual wear may be worn in the Centenary Hall, Mixed Lounge and Johnny Fallon Room and in the Yorkshire Bar if the Centenary Hall and Mixed Lounge are reserved for official functions. Jacket & neckwear must be worn in the Dining Room and Yorkshire Bar. Golf shoes are only allowed in the Professional Shop, for access to/from the Ladies and Men’s locker rooms and in the Centenary Hall in the designated area at the bar accessed from the Terrace. Wet or dirty clothing or any headgear must not be worn in the Clubhouse. Mobile Phones Mobile phones may be used in the Clubhouse except in the Centenary Hall, Mixed Lounge, Dining Room and the Yorkshire Bar. They may only be used on the golf course in a medical emergency.
