Mr M. R. Dempsey

It is with regret that we have to advise that Michael Dempsey (Micky D) passed away last Friday 10th October following a short illness. Micky who joined HGC in 2007 will be greatly missed by his many friends at the Club. His funeral is to be held at the Huddersfield Crematorium, on Tuesday 4th November at 12.30pm and will be followed by a celebration of his life at HGC.

Connors netts second place at Yorkshire Girls Championships
Brighdy Connors came second in the Yorkshire Girls Championship Nett competition losing on countback after rounds of 72 and 70. Jess and Aaliyah also performed extremely well as all three represented Huddersfield GC with great pride and passion. Congratulations to all three players, its great to see our juniors continuing to perform around the county.
