Huddersfield Golf Club has an enviable reputation for the quality of its golf course and hospitality and is a very popular venue with golf societies. The combination of easy accessability, five minutes from junction 24 of the M62 midway between Hull and Liverpool, an attractive and challenging course amongst the best in Yorkshire with great food and service leads to Societies booking repeatedly. Some have been coming every year for 40 years and the majority of societies book again for the following year on the day, so early booking is essential, especially in the summer months.
We have a 400 yard practice ground and an indoor coaching facility with video analysis. Gary Player commented that he would take the Fixby greens anywhere in the world with him and visitors in our Opens have commented that our USGA standard greens are the best they have played on this year.
At the 'Home of Yorkshire Golf' we strive to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience both on and off the course. We are confident that whether you visit with friends or collegues, are entertaining business guests or holding a product launch you will have an enjoyable and memorable day.
